1. Decide to travel more! You can go around the world or just around the corner. Be intentional about going on trips that will bring joy to your life! You can find low-cost airfare and lodging to destinations like; Haiti, Belgium, The Florida Keys, and Texas.
2. Decide to love more! Starting with yourself, decide to be more loving, caring and understanding. We all have bad days, but even when your day isn’t going great, be kind to yourself and others. Attitude is everything!
3. Decide to eat better! It’s a new year, so we are all a year older. Decide to feed your body with good things. Be mindful of how food impacts your health and mood. If you are an emotional eater, keep healthy foods around that will make you feel better when you desire to eat for comfort.
4. Decide to take better care of YOU! It could be a spa day, reading a good book, or just getting to bed before midnight! Decide today to make good choices for yourself. Learn something new, and expand your mind, heart, and spirit.
