So it’s 2019! It’s a new year and a NEW chance for a new start! So what you didn’t learn that new language last year, or loose 10 pounds; TODAY – you have the opportunity to finish out your goals from last year or start new ones.
To help you get motivated, we’ve put together a list of 4 things that you can do today, to help jump-start the new year! Remember, you are fabulous, fearless and you can be the change!
1. Decide to travel more! You can go around the world, or just around the corner. Be intentional about going on trips that will bring joy to your life! You can find low-cost airfare and lodging to destinations like; Haiti, Belgium, The Florida Keys, and Texas.
2. Decide to love more! Starting with yourself, make the decision to be more loving, caring and understanding. We all have bad days, but even when your day isn’t going so great, be mindful to be kind to yourself and others. Attitude is everything!
3. Decide to eat better! It’s a new year, so it means we are all a year older. Decide to feed your body with good things. Be mindful about how food impacts your health and mood. If you are an emotional eater, keep healthy foods around that will make you feel better when you have the desire to eat for comfort.
4. Decide to take better care of YOU! It could be a spa day, reading a good book, or just getting to bed before midnight! Decide today, to make good choices for yourself. Learn something new, expand your mind, heart, and spirit.
