After 15 years and 33 seasons, ABC has cast its first black Bachelorette. Attorney Rachel Lindsay was officially announced as the next leading lady for the popular series. Lindsay is currently competing on the current season of the Bachelor.

I will admit, I have never watched an episode of the Bachelor or Bachelorette – but I will be tuning in for Rachel’s season; not because she’s black but because I don’t want to be left out of the water cooler talk! LOL.

But I wonder what type of guys will they feature on Rachel’s season?  Of course there will be white guys, but I wonder what kind of black men will they get?  Will the black guys and the white guys get along?  Where did they find these black men?  Is it too late for my male cousin’s to be contestants?  So many questions!
