On Friday March 6th, CitySTYLE was joined by our fabulous instructor Lamar Williams as he taught our sexy Stiletto Fit Class at the Alloy Studios!  We had a BLAST!!!!  If you’ve never attended a Stiletto Fit Class; it’s all about working your core muscles and strengthening and toning….but in heels!  Just pretend that you’re in a Beyoncé video, and that’s what Stiletto fit is about.
